For those of you who have commented on my previous post... Thank you. As I mentioned in a reply, those accounts have been open for a long while, and are on auto-pilot. The amount going to them is very little.
In the end, if I need money, I move it. I like having the separate accounts, because it motivates me.
In regards to Disney and Hawaii... I had them posted previously (a few months back) and I forgot to add this time around...
As you can see from a snapshot of my ING account - they have dates on them. If we are still in trouble at the end of 2010- we won't go to Disneyland. Simple as that!
lol... I promise... Having those subaccounts is merely a mind trick. I need it to keep me motivated.
I truly appreciate your thoughts and ideas. THANK YOU!

I think it is totally fine to have subaccounts. I for one put off any major trips because it seemed like a waste of money. And my kids were too little, etc. etc. We finally bit the bullet and had a family trip to Disney - we drove with five kids and it was such a wonderful time. Well worth every penny. My kids will have wonderful memories. And we are off to NYC in May/June 09 to visit my ex SIL. We're going by train. My kids can't wait. Don't forget to make memories (without goign into debt).
