By following Dave Ramsey�s
steps, we paid off all
of our collection accounts
and credit card debt.

Got our scores up, saved
for a down payment, and
bought our first house.

We did incur some debt
since the house; however,
since that same time, we
have failed to incur some
savings.

We love being homeowners
and are excited about this
new chapter in our lives.

We are ready to start work
on paying down debt
and restart our savings.

Wow... it came and went

November 7th came and went, anyone looking at a calendar could tell you that.

It's been a year since I restarted this blog... Since we decided to get serious AGAIN!

This time, it has worked. We are so close to our finish line, I think we need to get a little hardcore for the next few months. We will start stockpiling our monthly snowball into our House Down Payment savings account in April (about $1500 a month)... but before then, we have to make sure everything has been paid, that there are no unpaid collection accounts, and that we are on track for a very serious mission.

It's getting to seem almost real...
