We are starting the application process to get pre-qualified for a home loan. Gulp.

Everything is paid off, there are 0 balances on all credit cards. There is money in the saving's accounts...

Scary!

    It's scary, yeah... but fantastic at the same time! You have made the progress and done the hard work that leads to this possibility, so congratulations. Far too many people are unable to manage that feat! I echo NJDebbie in hoping that you have some insurance of finding the right house for your family. Enjoy the process as much as you can!
